Return & Refund Policy

At I Am Tinora, T.A.F. Beauty, and T.F.K. Transformation, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

All products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email hello@iamtinora.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Store credit will only be issued for approved claims.

Claims submitted more than 3 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products

Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be eligible for store credit only.
